I like to meet with all my clients so they can put a face to the name and we can create a trusting relationship. I think the trust that my clients have for me, plus open communication, really escalates the success rate of the progam.

We have an open door policy that allows our clients to call or come in whenever they have a question or a concern and don’t have to worry about being billed. It is very important for me to have my clients be comfortable and know that they can talk to me. I think my clients appreciate that and it makes for a much stronger relationship.
