5 Reasons You Should Read Life & Debt

There are a lot of financial self-help books out there. Just take a look at Amazon’s personal finance section and you’ll be overwhelmed by the number of books offering ways to gain wealth and get out of debt. It goes without saying, that attempting to write a unique personal finance book is a monumental challenge. What can you say that hasn’t been said a million times already? Well, after hours and hours of research, I found five things to focus on in my book, Life & Debt, to make it stand out from the pack.

So, without further ado, here are the 5 biggest reasons you should read Life & Debt:

1. Life & Debt Has Practical, Proven, Easy-to-Follow Techniques

While conducting my research, I noticed a lot of personal finance books were filled with annoying buzzwords and unnecessarily long explanations of simple concepts. So when I set out to write Life & Debt, I decided to focus on providing simple and straight-forward tips. No confusing lingo or jargon. Just sound and effective guidance that Everyday people can understand and relate to.

2. Life & Debt is Realistic

No-fluff, no impractical get-out-of-debt-quick schemes. Contrary to popular belief, having debt isn’t necessarily bad! In fact, if managed properly, it can be a huge benefit. Debt can be your best friend and understanding that it’s a part of your life will change your relationship with it forever. With that in mind, I wanted Life & Debt to show people that they could turn their debt from a burden into a powerful tool.

3. Life & Debt Can Help You Understand Your Credit Score

And how to read your credit report, build a budget, plan for the future…the list goes on and on! Most people find themselves with money problems because they were never properly exposed to basic financial concepts like budgeting and credit scores. Because of this, I made sure to provide clear, easy-to-digest explanations for all of these terms. The more educated people are, the easier it is for them to make better money decisions!

4. Life & Debt Can Give You Peace of Mind

In my research and throughout my years of experience, I noticed a lot of people simply wanted to get things “back to normal” when it came to their finances. While being wealthy would definitely be nice, a lot of people I’ve worked with just want to get their debt under control so they wouldn’t have to stress about money. With that in mind, I made one of the primary focuses of Life & Debt helping people to better understand their debt and what its role in their life should be. Knowing how to better manage their debt, and consequently their spending and saving, they’d be able to get back to focusing on the things that mattered.

5. Life & Debt is Perfect for Anyone

I didn’t want Life & Debt to just appeal to a certain subset of people. It isn’t some niche finance book that’s only intended for novices or experts. Whether the reader is looking to get out of debt, manage their money better or just wants to make sure they’re on the right track, Life & Debt is sure to have something for them!

So whether you’re a finance pro or novice, in debt or unfathomably wealthy, Life & Debt is sure to have something for you! Be sure to check it out on Amazon or Barnes and Noble where you can pick up a physical copy or digital download for your e-reader.

What People Have to Say

I just wanted to thank your entire staff at The Law Offices of Leslie H. Tayne, for helping me get out of debt. If it wasn’t for your firm, I would have never been able to resolve my $13k worth of debt in less than 3 years. Your staff did a great job, I was finally able to buy myself a brand new car without using a cosigner. I can’t tell you again how happy I am. I would recommend your services to anyone.

I sleep like a baby at night now because of the work that you and your office have done. Rest assured that I will refer anyone I know to your office with conditions that are similarly circumstanced.

R.S. Client 2012-2014
